Shipping typically takes three to five business days based on your location, but for some destinations, it may take up to seven days or longer.​

Is Mayz going to cover the shipping fees for my order?

Mayz offers free shipping in the United States. ​

Returns and Exchanges

Can I return or exchange an item?

We provide full refunds or exchanges for items returned within 7 days of delivery. Please note that you will be responsible for shipping costs. Additionally, the product must be in perfect, unused condition, and follow the requirements for returns and exchanges. To initiate a return or exchange, please read to the end of the page and then press “submit a return” button to initiate a return. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used by the purchaser.​

When do I receive my refund?

After your return is received and processed, you will get an email notification. Depending on your bank or payment method, it may take 5-7 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

What are the requirements for a return/exchange?

Please take note of the following important details regarding returns and exchanges:

-Must be returned within 7 days of delivery

-Items must be returned in perfect condition.

-Ensure all products are exactly as received, with tags and seals still attached.

-Shoes should only be tried on a carpeted surface until you decide to keep them.

-Products that come in their own box, such as shoes and accessories, must be returned in their original, undamaged packaging, as this is part of the product.

-All products with a dustbag should be returned with their dust bag, which is also considered part of the product.

-When returning by mail, please place the shoes or accessory and its original box inside another sturdy carton to protect the packaging.

-Mayz reserves the right to reject any returns that do not meet these requirements. If your return is rejected, you will be notified via email.

-Follow return instructions sent via email.

I bought an item on sale can I return it?

Sale items are considered “Final Sale” and cannot be returned.

How long does it take for my return exchange to process?

After your return is received, it typically takes about 3-5 business days to process. Once completed, you will receive a confirmation email for your refund. For exchanges, please allow an extra 1-2 business days for the new item(s) to be prepared and shipped. You’ll receive a shipment confirmation for your exchange order, along with tracking details. Keep in mind that processing returns may take longer during busy seasons.
